A nicely done account of the 1981 New Zealand Molamenqing Expedition. At the time, this was the third highest unclimbed mountain in the world (7,703m), located on the Tibet-Nepal border near Shishapangma. The team succeeded without utilizing a reconnaissance and without high-altitude porters.
