Born Again on the Mountain: A Story of Losing Everything and Finding it Back

Sinha was a 24-year-old national-level volleyball player when she was pushed off an Indian train by thieves. A passing train crushed her left leg requiring its amputation. With courage and determination she turned to mountaineering and climbed Island Peak (2012) and then became the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest (2013).
