A combination of Maki’s account of the first ascent of Manaslu in 1956, written for boys and girls, and Morin’s account of the first ascent of Everest in 1953. Interestingly, for the Manaslu section, this book has more photos than Maki’s adult narrative. Maki was the expedition leader. In Japanese, no English translation for the Manaslu section.
